THE RITUAL
What does the MILSKIN ritual consist of?
The MILSKIN ritual is built around three complementary gestures: the Milkybiotic Serum as a daily gesture, the Cryobiotic Gel Masque as a complementary care, and the Ice Globes to bring cold into the ritual.
In what order should MILSKIN products be used?
Step 1: Milkybiotic Serum every morning and evening. Step 2: Cryobiotic Gel Masque 2 to 3 times a week, preferably in the evening. Step 3: Ice Globes immediately after applying the mask.
Can the products be used separately?
Each essential has its own role within the ritual. Precise recommendations will be indicated on the product pages.

ORDERS & SHIPPING
What are the delivery times?
After 24 to 72 business hours of order preparation, transit takes 3 to 5 working days with standard shipping (France and European Union) and 1 to 2 working days with express shipping (France).
Which countries does MILSKIN ship to?
MILSKIN currently ships to France and European Union countries. Other destinations are not yet available.
What are the shipping costs?
France: 7,99 € standard, 10,99 € express. European Union: 22 € standard. Shipping is free on orders of 69 € or more in France and European Union countries, excluding Switzerland, Norway, the United Kingdom and Argentina.
Can I return my order?
The 14-day right of withdrawal applies to distance purchases where no legal exception applies. Article L221-28 5° of the French Consumer Code provides an exception for goods unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection, where its legal conditions are met. This exception is not automatically applied to Ice Globes. Return address: 235 boulevard Pereire, 75017 Paris, France. When the right of withdrawal is exercised, return costs are borne by the customer. This does not affect the legal guarantees covering defects or non-conformity.
